Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work at vexelkit, operated by Artyom Gorlovetskiy (an individual based in Georgia). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. In short: purchases of tokens are digital goods delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable, but tokens for generations that fail are returned to your balance automatically.
1. What you are buying
vexelkit runs on tokens. You buy tokens in one-time top-up packs; there are no subscriptions. Tokens are spent when you generate images, use a paid action (SVG, background removal, animation) or buy a catalog pack. Top-ups are digital goods delivered to your account at the moment of purchase. Each account also gets one free generation, which does not use tokens.
2. Money refunds
Tokens are consumable digital goods delivered immediately. By buying a top-up you ask for immediate delivery and accept that, to the extent the law allows, you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has begun. Purchases are therefore final: we don't offer money-back refunds at our own discretion, including for tokens already spent or for a change of mind. This does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law (see section 7).
3. Token refunds (automatic)
What we do refund is tokens, automatically and in the app, whenever the Service fails to deliver: • Full token refund when a generation or a paid action fails outright (an error after retries, a timeout, an animation that doesn't complete, or a request rejected before anything is produced). • Partial token refund when you received part of the result: an image that came out blank is refunded at 50%, and a failed add-on (such as SVG) is refunded for that add-on. Refunded tokens return to your balance with no email or ticket needed. If your free generation fails outright, the free attempt is returned to you.
4. Catalog packs
A catalog pack is delivered to your account the moment you buy it, so the purchase is final and the tokens are not returned. If a pack's files are missing or defective, write to us and we will fix the pack or return the tokens.
5. No subscriptions
vexelkit has no subscriptions and no recurring charges. You pay only when you buy a top-up, and nothing renews automatically.
6. Unused tokens and your account
Tokens never expire while your account is active. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn as money.
7. Incorrect charges and your legal rights
Clearly unintentional charges, such as an accidental duplicate purchase, and any refunds we must give under consumer-protection law are honoured. They are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, under Dodo Payments' buyer terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the law of your country.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open and remove the tokens bought with that payment.
