Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work at vexelkit, operated by Artyom Gorlovetskiy (an individual based in Georgia). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. In short: purchases of credits and plans are digital goods delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable, but credits for generations that fail are returned to your balance automatically.
1. What you are buying
vexelkit runs on credits. You get credits either from a one-time top-up pack or from a monthly subscription plan. Credits are spent each time you generate. Both top-ups and plan credits are digital goods that are delivered to your account instantly at the moment of purchase.
2. Money refunds
Because credits and access are delivered immediately and are consumable digital goods, all purchases are final and we do not offer money-back refunds at our own discretion — including for credits you have already spent, for change of mind, or for partially used subscription periods. We do not provide a money-back guarantee. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law (see section 6).
3. Credit refunds (automatic)
What we DO refund is credits, not money — automatically and in-app — whenever the Service fails to deliver: • Full (100%) credit refund when a generation fails outright (the image model errors out after retries, a timeout, an animation that doesn't complete, or a request rejected before any image is produced). • Partial credit refund when you received part of the result: e.g. an image that came out blank is refunded at 50%, and an add-on that failed (such as SVG vectorization) is refunded for just that add-on. Refunded credits land back in your balance, ready to use again — no email or ticket needed.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page (/billing). Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan and its benefits stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — we do not prorate or refund the remaining days of the current period. After it ends, your account moves to the Free tier.
5. Unused credits & account
Top-up credits never expire while your account is active. If you stop subscribing, any credits already in your balance remain usable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn as money.
6. Incorrect charges & your legal rights
Clearly unintentional charges — such as an accidental duplicate purchase — and any refunds we are required to give under applicable consumer-protection law are honoured. These are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, in line with Paddle's own buyer terms, and nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the law of your country.
7. How to reach us
Questions about a charge, or think something was billed incorrectly? Email [email protected] with your account email and the Paddle receipt, and we'll look into it. Billing and receipts are managed by Paddle; you can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your emailed receipt.
