Acceptable Use Policy

vexelkit is a tool for creating original brand illustrations and graphic assets. This policy explains what you may not generate or do with the Service. It supplements the Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal and account suspension without refund.

1. No adult or sexual content

You may not generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult (NSFW) content, and absolutely no sexual content involving minors. Every prompt is screened by an automated moderation filter before generation; prompts that trip it are blocked and repeat attempts may suspend your account.

2. No real people without consent

You may not generate the likeness of identifiable real individuals — including realistic, stylized, or animated faces, face swaps, deepfakes, or impersonations — without that person's explicit consent. Public figures may not be depicted in misleading, defamatory, or deceptive ways.

3. Respect intellectual property

You may not use the Service to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights — for example by reproducing protected characters, logos, or brand assets you don't own. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the assets you generate; you confirm you have the rights to any reference image you upload.

4. No illegal, hateful, or harmful content

You may not generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, illegal goods or activities, or that harasses or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics.

5. Enforcement

We use automated moderation plus manual review of reported assets. We may remove content, refuse generations, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice. To report misuse, email [email protected].
